Duties, Taxes and Customs Charges
For orders shipped outside the UK, additional import duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country and the value of the order. (orders to EUROPE, should not incur duties)
Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable to the local customs authority or delivery carrier upon importation.
Please note that BDXY is not responsible for these charges and import duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees paid by the customer are non-refundable by BDXY, including in the event that an order is returned.
If you refuse delivery of an order because of applicable duties, taxes or customs charges, any costs incurred by BDXY as a result may be deducted from your refund.
Customers returning an order from outside the UK are also responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is correctly declared as a return of goods and for any customs charges associated with sending the package back to BDXY.
